Dr. Vittorino Bortolin One of the most famous Italian cosmetologist and excellent scientists at the institute of cosmetologic sciences of the pharmacy department, Milan Renowned pharmacist, chemist and dermatologist; Double degrees of chemistry and pharmacy In 1969, Dr. Vittorino Bortolin received the degrees of both chemistry and pharmacy in Milan, Italy. In 1974, he was enrolled into the institute of cosmetologic sciences of the department of pharmacy in Milan. In 1979, he gained an international patent in Geneva, Switzerland named STEM CELLS OF BOTANICAL ORIGIN. In 1981, the cosmetic laboratory, Valetudo was established, which is home of HISTOMER in Bergamo, Italy. In 2002, with the gradually mature technology, HISTOMER was found under the name of Histo Lab.
